Programs & levels

Beginner Training

  • For Who:

  • ​Perfect for first-time swimmers or those looking to refine technique.

  • Goal:

  • Overcome fear, build confidence, and master basic strokes.

  • 12 - 24 Hours

  • Requirements to participate:

  • No Prior experience needed.

  • Requirements to Pass this Level:

  • 200 Meters Non-stop swim.

  • 5 Minutes Non-stop Floating in the deep water.

Intermediate Training

  • For Who:

  • Ideal for those with basic swimming skills looking to improve, and learn new swimming styles.

  • Goal:

  • Enhance endurance, speed, efficiency in the water, and learn new techniques.

  • Timeline:

  • 12  Hours

  • Requirements to Pass this Level:

  • 400 Meters Free style Non-stop swim.

  • 10 Minutes Non-stop Floating in the deep water.

  • Perform Breast stroke swim correctly for 50 Meters.

Advanced Training

  • For Who:

  • Ideal for those with Advance swimming skills looking to improve, and learn new swimming styles, increase their endurance to an advance level

  • One step before the athlete level with high-performance techniques, drills and increase your endurance to the maximum.

  • Timeline:

  • 12  Hours 

  • Requirements to Pass this Level:

  • 800 Meters Free style Non-stop swim.

  • 15 Minutes Non-stop Floating in the deep water.

  • Perform Breast stroke swim correctly for 50 Meters.

  • Perform back stroke swim correctly for 50 Meters.

Athlete Training

  • For Who:

  • Perfect for triathletes, professional swimmers, or serious fitness swimmers.

  • Goal:

  • Train like an athlete with high-performance techniques, drills and increase your endurance to the maximum.

  • 12  Hours Monthly Training

  • Requirements to Pass this Level:

  • 1 KM Free style Non-stop swim.

  • 15 Minutes Non-stop Floating in the deep water.

  • Perform Breast stroke swim correctly for 50 Meters.

  • Perform back stroke swim correctly for 50 Meters.

  • Perform butterfly stroke swim correctly for 50 Meters.
